Mel DePaoli, internationally recognized author, national speaker and successful construction culture and marketing specialist gave attendees strategies for putting together a diversity program that produces results, is measurable and will build their brand within minority communities and the federal arena.

The 93rd Annual Convention took place on March 12-16, 2012 in Honolulu, Hawaii at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Current, relevant, and accredited sessions were presented to help construction companies build and sustain successful business practices.
